Ingredients

7 c. rhubarb, cleaned and cut into small pieces
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 large box of jello (your favorite flavor)
Preparation

Mix and let stand 6 to 8 hours or over night. Then boil and stir for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in
1 large (or 2 small) box of jello.
