Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground meat
2 Tbsp. Tender Quick (Morton)
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. coarse grind black pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients well together.
Divide in half and roll into logs.
Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate 24 hours. Cook on a rack over a pan of water for 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
Cool, slice thinly and serve as sandwich meat, appetizer, etc.
