Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together the shortening, butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
