Carrot Cake(The Raw One) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shelled almonds, soaked 6 hours
    3/4 c. raisins, soaked 1 hour
    3/4 c. pitted dates, soaked 1 hour
    6 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon peel
Preparation
    Drain soaked ingredients; save liquid for sweetening tea, etc. Grind soaked ingredients in food processor.
    Knead gently with carrots.
    Add coconut and seasonings.
    Mold (using a standard one or create your own), then chill overnight.
