Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 to 5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix warm water and yeast. Let set 2 to 3 minutes. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Add yeast mixture, then flour. Turn out and knead. Place in greased bowl. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Slice or roll 2-inch balls. Place on greased pan. Let rise. Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
