Green Beans And Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cubed red potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    To drippings, add onion.
    Saute until tender.
    Add beans and potatoes.
    Cover with water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer about 25 to 30 minutes until beans and potatoes are tender.
    Drain.
    Add bacon, a little butter and salt and pepper to taste.
