Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. each: salt and Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides.
Combine chili sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, chili powder and water and pour over chops.
Cover and cook over low heat 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Turn once during cooking.
