"Grandmama'S Dressing" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cornbread, made in 9 x 13-inch pan
    4 biscuits
    1 medium-sized onion, chopped
    4 celery prongs, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    poultry seasoning to taste
    chicken broth
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Trim off the hard edges of cornbread and crumble it, the cornbread and the biscuits real fine.
    Add chicken broth to make it about the consistency of mashed potatoes or a little thinner.
    Add onion, celery, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning; taste to see if it is right and then add egg.
    This will make a 9 x 13-inch pan and a smaller pan, too.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 until done.
