Sauerkraut Soup(Kyselica) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    enough water to cover potatoes
    1/2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. whipping cream or 1 c. Klobase, sliced
    caraway seed to taste
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in well covered water; add salt and cook until well done.
    Add 1/2 cup sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Now, mix 2 tablespoons flour in a little water and add to the soup. Stir in 1/4 cup whipping cream.
    Do not boil soup after adding the cream.
