16 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 (3 3/4 oz. each) cans smoked oysters
minced fresh parsley

Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, onion and garlic salt in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the oysters; rinse away the excess oil and pat dry.
Place in shallow bowl; mash with fork.
Spread cheese mixture into a rectangle on a piece of plastic wrap.
Spread the oysters on top of cheese, leaving 1/2-inch cheese uncovered on all sides.
Roll up, jelly-roll fashion.
Sprinkle the top of roll with minced parsley. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
