Thick White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and add milk.
    Reheat, stirring constantly and boil for 1 minute.
