Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    5 or 6 small catfish fillets (about 2 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix egg with milk.
    Wash and dry catfish fillets.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Dip fillets in egg mixture, then in dry mixture.
    Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 6.
