Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. apples
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Omit salt and soda if using self-rising flour.\tMix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
