Farmer And Fisherman Chowder(Tuna, Salmon Or Flounder) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 medium sized onions, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 carrots, sliced thin or cubed
    2 medium sized potatoes, diced
    2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed or dill seed
    1 small zucchini squash (unpeeled), sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can salmon, 8 oz. can tuna (dark meat) or 1 c. cooked flounder
    1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn with liquid
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Note:
    One (8 ounce) can sliced green beans with liquid may be used in place of zucchini, if preferred.
