Aztec Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe avocados (optional)
1 1/2 c. Shoe Peg corn (12 oz. can), drained
1 c. kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper or green chilies, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. (or more) Catalina French dressing
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except avocados.
Chill and serve in an avocado half on a bed of lettuce.
Serves 4.
