Helen Brown'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Combine 1/2 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 package yeast.
Set aside.
