Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. cooked meat, shredded (pork, chicken or beef)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 c. bamboo shoots, shredded
    1/4 c. onion, shredded
    1 tsp. dry sherry
    1 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except oil.
    Do not beat eggs.
    Put 1/2 cup oil in hot skillet.
    Add 1/4 of mixture to hot oil.
    Spoon in remainder.
    Turn mixture over when edges are brown (makes like a small package).
