Pastry Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    chicken salad or any spreads
Preparation
    Put in a saucepan water and butter.
    Heat until butter melts. Add flour and stir until dough forms a ball in the center of pan. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 1 egg; beat until well blended.
    Add another egg; beat as before.
    The mixture should be very stiff.
    If not, let stand 10 minutes before shaping.
    Drop with a teaspoon.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Remove from pan and allow to cool.
    Split and fill with chicken salad or any spread.
