Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained and skin and bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. freshly snipped dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In food processor, process ingredients until a smooth spread. Chill until ready to use.
    Spread can be chilled for several hours to firm and shaped into a ball or log and rolled in chopped parsley or walnuts.
