Ham And Cheese Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. small macaroni shells
4 c. shredded lettuce
4 carrots, chopped
1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 lb. piece cooked ham cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 2 cups)
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 hard cooked eggs, cut into wedges
Preparation

Cook macaroni, drain and cool.
Place lettuce in a layer in bottom of a large bowl. Then add macaroni.
Arrange carrots in layer over macaroni, then layer peas.
Next layer onions, then ham.
Combine mayo and dill.
Spread over the top of the salad. Cover with Saran wrap and chill several hours.
Just before serving, toss well to coat.
Garnish with eggs.
