Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. starter
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and sugar.
    In separate bowl, mix starter, warm water and oil.
    Add flour mixture to starter mixture.
    Mix well preferably with dough blender.
    Place in greased plastic bowl and put in warm place.
    Cover.
    Let set overnight or all day.
    Knead on floured board.
    Place in greased loaf pans.
    Makes 3 loaves.
    Let rise again for 6 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
