Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. smushed banana
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in sifter.
Mix with next 6 ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
