Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    dry onion soup mix
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Put stewing meat in bottom of saucepan.
    Add soup mix, the other 3 cans of soup and wine.
    Cook slowly (250\u00b0) for 3 to 4 hours.
