Cashew "Jack" Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. cashews
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. yeast flakes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil (optional)
1/2 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. onion chips
Preparation

Whiz
all
ingredients,
except
oil, until smooth.
If using oil, slowly add until thick (while blending).
Pour into bowl
and refrigerate.
Use as cheese sauce over vegetables or beans.
