Breakfast Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. croutons
    2 c. (or two 4 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 lb. bulk sausage, fried and drained
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place croutons on bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch pan or baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Top this with sausage.
