Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Beat eggs;
    add
    milk and melted oleo.\tIn another bowl add corn,
    sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Combine the 2 mixtures
    together\tand bake in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0
    for
    1 hour.\tStir every 10 minutes the first 30 minutes of cooking
    time.
    The
    pudding
    is done when a knife goes in and comes out clean.
