Great Party Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 chicken wings, disjointed
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Pour mixture over chicken wings in a large bowl or casserole.
Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Place on a rack over shallow pan, basting often.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until golden brown.
(These do not have to be turned.)
