Pie Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well the flour, shortening and salt.
    Beat egg, vinegar and water together; add to flour and beat until smooth.
    Roll between wax paper.
    This makes enough for 2 pies or 4 custards.
