Ceviche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. imitation crabmeat
4 limes
2 avocados
6 green onions, sliced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 ea. green, red & yellow pepper, chopped
Fresh ground pepper
Seafood cocktail sauce mixed with few drops of Tabasco
Preparation

Flake the crabmeat in a large mixing bowl and douse with juice of one (1) lime.
Add avocados, onions and peppers.
Stir gently.
Season with ground pepper and juice from the second lime. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve from your prettiest bowl surrounded by pita bread, triangles, party crackers, endive spears and remaining two (2) limes sliced.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
