Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake, sliced into 3 layers
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese and sugar.
Add cherry juice; mix until smooth.
Fold in whipped Cool Whip.
Add pecans.
Chill 30 minutes.
Spread between layers and on top of cake.
Top with pie filling.
Lightly cover with waxed paper.
Refrigerate before serving.
Can be made up 1 day in advance.
