Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted margarine
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour 1/2 melted butter into potato mixture.
Pour other half butter over Ritz crackers.
Put mixture into greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
Cover with crushed cracker mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly and brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
