No-Crust Coconut Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 large can Carnation milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut or 1 c. coconut, packed
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and flour.
    With mixer set at low setting, blend in eggs, milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
