Mile High Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 pt. strawberries, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    3 graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Alternate adding sugar and strawberries and beat about 15 minutes.
    Add vanilla, lemon juice and fold in whipped cream.
    Place in three pie shells.
    Place in freezer.
    Keep frozen until ready to use.
