Eggplant Italiano(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant (1 1/4 lb.)
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pare eggplant and slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Layer half of eggplant, 1 can tomato sauce, half of the oregano, and half of the sharp cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover.
    Microwave on Medium-high 19 to 23 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese.
    Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes until cheese has melted.
