Country Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
8 large Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 in. thick
1 large Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 c. Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large iron skillet, melt the butter.
Add a
layer of sliced potatoes, onions and pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers until all vegetables are in the skillet.
Add water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 35 min.
To serve, drain off any liquid left.
Turn out onto platter and garnish with paprika, if desired.
Yield:
8 servings.
