Carob Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carob chips
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. CINNAMON SUBSTITUTE
    2 1/2 c. crisp brown rice cereal
Preparation
    Melt carob chips in double boiler until smooth.
    Remove from heat and add other ingredients, stirring in cereal last. Spread into
    8 x 8-inch pan and chill.
    Cut into chunks before serving.
