Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    5 to 6 medium squash, cooked and drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Pour into deep greased casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
