Pumpkin Bread(From The Parsonage Kitchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and water in bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder, flour, salt and pecans.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    (Keeps well in refrigerator.)
