Mrs. Sipple'S Lemon Whipples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) box lemon cake mix
    2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 extra large egg
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Grease a cookie sheet. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Drop by tablespoon into the powdered sugar and roll into balls.
    Place the balls on the cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Do not overbake!
    If they get too brown on the bottom, it spoils the delicate lemon flavor.
