Fettucini Verole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
4 c. cooked fettucini noodles, drained
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add onions and garlic.
Stir-fry until onions are limp.
Add noodles and cream.
Stir to mix over high heat until cream just begins to boil.
Sprinkle with cheese, then toss and mix until well coated.
Serve with more Parmesan cheese.
