    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 hot peppers
Preparation
    Combine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a glass baking dish until brown.
