Oven Roasted Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) ready to cook broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and paprika.
    Brush chicken with melted margarine. Coat with flour mixture. Arrange chicken in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
