Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon or orange jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. grated, raw carrots
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and add pineapple juice. Chill.
When this begins to thicken, add other ingredients.
Pour mixture into mold and chill until set.
Unmold on a plate of lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
