Creamy Carrot-Nut Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    2 c. very hot water
    1 c. thick sour cream
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can (1 2/3 c.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Lightly oil mold with salad or cooking oil (not olive oil). Pour hot water over gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Gradually add gelatin mixture to sour cream, stirring until well blended.
    Chill until mixture begins to gel (becomes slightly thicker).
    Stir in pineapple, grated carrots and chopped nuts.
    Turn into mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto a bed of salad greens on a chilled serving plate. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
