Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thaw potatoes)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (optional)
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Drizzle 1/4 cup butter or oleo over crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
