Picante Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation

Cook peas in a large saucepan. Saute pepper and onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add sauce. Stir into peas. Simmer until thick.
