Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 can mushrooms, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms and onion. Add 1 cup cheese and the mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Melt margarine and crushed crackers together and top the chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and slightly browned.
