Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ziti
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. salami, cubed
4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook ziti; drain and set aside.
Saute beef; drain excess fat. Mix with Provolone, salami, chopped eggs and 1 cup of the sauce. Put another cup of the sauce in large casserole.
Add a layer of ziti, sprinkle with a little of the Parmesan.
Add a layer of meat, Provolone cheese mixture, then a layer of sauce.
Sprinkle with a little more Parmesan.
Alternate layers until all is used. Top with remaining sauce and the rest of the Parmesan.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove cover last 10 minutes. Serves 4 generously.
