Banana Nut Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
8 mashed bananas

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and allspice together; add to butter and sugar.
Add raisins and nuts.
(Heat raisins in pan over slow heat, stirring constantly; will prevent them from sinking to bottom of batter.)
Add mashed bananas and bake in tube pan at 275\u00b0 until done.
