Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. brisket
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 to 8 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle liquid smoke over meat.
Combine celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt; rub in both sides.
Place in foil, seal and refrigerate overnight.
